How to get to us
Train
There are frequent trains from London Waterloo to Southampton Central
which take approximately 1hr 20mins journey time. From Southampton
Central you can catch the FREE bus service that runs every 15mins from
outside the station that takes you to the Red Funnel Hi Speed ferry
service at Town Quay. We would suggest the ferry services from
Southampton to West Cowes operated by Red Funnel as its terminal in West
Cowes is 5 minute walk from Shepard's Wharf Marina. The Hi-Speed
Red Jet to West Cowes operates every 30 minutes normally -15 and -45 the
hour although check timetable as times can vary.
Car Ferry - Southampton - Cowes
Red Funnel For those bringing a vehicle, there is a Red Funnel car ferry
that goes to East Cowes with a journey time of about 1hr. On arrival in
East Cowes you can take the "floating bridge"
Car Ferry - Portsmouth - Fishbourne (Nr Ryde 40 Minute).
Wightlink offers two car ferry services to the Island. (Near Ryde) which
has a journey time of around 40 minutes.
